Invites applications for Prime Minister’s Award for Yoga – 2024.

            As the world is anticipating to celebrate 10th International Day of Yoga, the Ministry of Ayush calls for the Prime Minister’s Awards for Yoga - 2024. The Yoga award was introduced to honour individuals who made outstanding contribution towards the Development and Promotion of Yoga at National and International Level. This year two awards have been annouced for each category, in recognizing and honouring immeasurable contribution of Yoga organizations and enthusiasts towards promotion of Yoga and making it a life practice.

  1. The Assistant High Commission of India in Kandy invites applications for Yoga awards from Yoga enthusiasts, practitioners, and organizations worldwide, who have made a significant impact in the field of Yoga. The interested candidates are requested to submit their application through prescribed portal provided in this link https://innovateindia.mygov.in/pm-yoga-awards-2024/. The application will remain open from 05th May to 30th June, 2024. The interested candidates are requested to read the required information prior to applying.

  2. The name of the winners is to be announced by the end of the year 2024.
